Staff profile

I'm a postgraduate researcher at the University of Durham. My PhD explores the concept of justice for female survivors of female perpetrated sexual harm, aiming to use participatory methods and co-design.

My current research interests are co-design, participatory action research, strength-based approaches, LGBTQ+ experiences of sexual harm, the impact of cisheterosexism on access to support, expansive explorations of justice for survivors of sexual harm and the landscape of support within the public, private and VCFSE sector. I have been a sexual violence support worker and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor and now work part-time as an Impact Lead at a charity in Greater Manchester.
