Our Net-Zero Knowledge Exchange event is an exciting opportunity to engage with cutting-edge insights from those working at the forefront of the energy transition.

The event will bring together policy experts from North East businesses with an interest in the energy transition, regional policy makers, and academics who are leading research on the energy transition and its implications for regional economic growth.

The workshop will facilitate the exchange of cutting-edge research with topical private sector insights and evidence, to promote effective policy making.

This event will also mark the launch of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership’s Northern Net Zero Network, a coalition of business leaders, policy experts and those working in the energy transition space across the North of England, to advocate for decarbonisation policies that will drive economic growth in the northern regions.
