CWIT and IAS logos

The CWIT and IAS is delighted to invite applications from scholars in India for its second joint Fellowship in Epiphany term (11 January to 19 March 2027) joining the IAS project ‘Confronting Climate Apartheid: law, economy, culture’ and its Durham University research team and other visiting Fellows.

Applications are now being accepted 

Applications can now be made from scholars who live, work and are domiciled in India. Interested candidates must meet the full and specific eligibility criteria, and full details, including guidelines, can be found here. 

Key dates

  • Online interviews: 15 July 2026 
  • Fellowship start date: 11 January 2027
