The Government is undertaking a consultation on the Social Work Bursary and Education Support Grant which could lead to changes in the rates paid and/or eligibility from the 2027/28 academic year onwards. The consultation has now closed. Bursary details will be available here as soon as they are published by the Department of Health and Social Care.
