If selected to go on an exchange by Durham, the Global Opportunities Team will nominate you to the partner. After your nomination is confirmed, you will need to apply to the partner to register with them. Application deadline: May 1.
36 credits per academic year. Information on courses available to exchange students can be found on the Yonsei website.
Yonsei University offers a range of modules in English. Korean language courses are also available. If you are a non native English speaker, you may be asked to provide evidence of language ability.
NB: Korean Nationals are eligible to apply for their Overseas Exchange at Yonsei University.

All applicants' minimum GPAs must be over CGPA 2.7 on a 4.3 scale (CGPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale).

All Yonsei University international students are eligible for the services provided by the Counseling Center. The Counseling Centre is an interfaith center providing counseling and psychotherapy for international students, free of charge. Services are available in English and Mandarin Chinese.
There is accommodation available in both the SK Global House and the International House, this is a mixture of Yonsei and international students. Both single and double rooms are available. Off-Campus private housing is also an option.
Yonsei International Summer School (YISS) invites students to take courses at one of the world's premier universities in the heart of Seoul, Korea. YISS offers a choice of more than 100 courses during a six-week program taught by both Yonsei and distinguished faculty from prestigious institutions around the globe. Please see the International Summer School website for more information.
NB: the International Office would only be able to offer advice on summertime programmes, students are responsible for paying for the programme.
